Pom Pom Play Café loves to celebrate your birthday parties, baby showers, kids holiday
parties or any other special event with you. You have all Pom Pom Play Area to yourselves to
enjoy privately with your friends & family.
Each party is $390+GST for two hours at a time. The space can be rented for an additional half
hour at a cost of $50 or one hour for $100.
Weekend Party Space Rental Fee includes:
• Exclusive use of play space
• Complete set up of space (You provide your own décor)
• 30 minutes for a set up prior to the party
• Plates, napkins, cups and flatware
• 1 large cheese pizza (ask us for our waffle and sandwich trays)
• 1 juice per child (20max.)
• Two urns of freshly brewed Italian LAVAZZA coffee
• Outside food and cake are permitted for private rentals ONLY
A 50% non-refundable deposit (on the space only) will be applied once your booking is
confirmed. You are able to make catering adjustments up to 72 hours prior to the event. After
that time, you will be given your final invoice and a 50% deposit will be applied. A minimum
of 1-month notice is needed to change the date or time of your party without forfeiting your

Pom Pom Play Café offers a discounted rate for evening rentals (does not include use of the
playground) at $50/hour which includes the use of our space, and one pot of drip coffee. This
is perfect for prenatal or parenting and yoga classes, meetings, educational seminars, networking events etc.
We can accommodate up to 48 guests in our facility. Full payment is required at the time of
booking, and additional food can be purchased for the event, but we require 72 hours advance
notice prior to the event.
